Join us at José’s pub for a beautiful Sri Lankan feast!

José has very kindly invited us over for his next #CookFromTheBook dinner at his Esher Pub, The Swan Inn.

José and Karan have collaborated on a menu that marries traditional Spanish dishes and techniques with Sri Lankan spice and flavour. A playful rendition of Sri Lankan food through the Spanish lens, this menu is truly a one-night-only affair you can’t miss!

The dishes will be masterfully cooked by José and his team with inspiration taken from Hoppers: The Cookbook.

Guests are invited to arrive at 18:30 to get to meet the hosts, José and Karan, and dinner to be served at 19:00.

With communal seating and sharing food for this fun informal event, you can get to see these two amazing chefs cooking food together while you enjoy the fruits of their labour!

 

THE TICKETS AND CHARITY SUPPORT

The tickets include the Sri Lankan feast cooked by our team, a copy of the Hoppers Cookbook and a £5 donation to our charity project Feeding The Future.

In partnership with Hemas Outreach Foundation (HOF), a government registered charitable trust focusing on early childhood care and development in disadvantaged communities of the country, Hoppers launched the ‘Feeding the Future’ project in April 2022. The aim is to distribute nutritiously balanced dry rations to identified school children with an aim to feed them and their families. Find out more here
